This allows us to begin searching our current property deal list for any that meet your criteria. We will begin actively looking for properties suited to your selective criteria.

Secondly, we will book you in for a telephone or, face-to-face conversation.

This is so we can explore your options. More we know the better we can tailor our service to your needs. Of course, we also want to build a relationship with you. We want to ensure that you are comfortable, in knowing your future properties are being sourced by Best Property Investments.

You can take a knee, whilst we ruthlessly look for investments that match your criteria.

You will have free range of property deals to choose from with time. Once you’ve selected your very best property deal we will send you the appropriate documents.

Now that we’ve received the required documents and payment of our reservation fee we pass the contact details to you.

The sale will then process like any other property transaction. We will remain on call to provide you with further guidance and support if need be. If the property falls through of no fault of your own then your reservation fee is fully refunded.

Finally, your property transaction completes, our reservation fee will be deducted from the principal amount of our Finder’s Fee. It’s been quite a journey but there are always more great investments out there. Please bare us in mind for the future as we are happy to help.
